Galactic Empire: The Expansion Decree

We, by grace of Providence,
Emperor of the Known Worlds, do enjoin upon you our faithful and loyal
subjects,

When We founded the Empire it was with
the clear vision that the principles of the New Order would not be
confined to the borders of the old Republic, indeed the peace and
prosperity of the Empire must be shared with all beings, wherever they
exist. It is the natural destiny of Humans to expand outward into the
known and unknown regions and beyond even this galaxy, and with them
they will carry our ideals and morals to whomever they encounter. There
are those whose faith is less than perfect, those who would prefer a
slower expansion of the Empire, these so called moderates are a cancer
on the body of the Empire. If our cause is just then we must go forth,
now,
waiting only gives those who would oppose us time to move against us. It
would be a betrayal if We were to stay the hand of expansion, and so We
shall not. Go forth my subjects for the greater glory of the Empire!
